Strategy & Consulting

See your entire digital system — clearly.

A structured, top-to-bottom review of every platform, integration point, data flow, and performance metric in your digital ecosystem.

Does any of this
sound familiar?

These are the exact problems we find in 9 out of 10 B2B companies that reach out to us. If even one resonates — the audit is the right starting point.

Nobody knows what's actually in the stack

You've added tools and vendors over the years without a central inventory. Nobody can say with confidence what's connected to what — or who's paying for what.

Platform is slow, but the cause is a mystery

Loading issues and conversion drops are visible, but your team spends days investigating without a clear root cause. Guesswork is the only diagnostic process.

Probably paying for tools you don't fully use

Duplicate subscriptions, underutilised licences, and redundant integrations bleed budget every month. Pinpointing them takes time nobody has.

Security and compliance are a grey area

You're not certain which systems hold customer data, whether APIs are properly secured, or what would surface in a compliance review. The uncertainty is the risk.

Every integration is a black box

Your CRM connects to your ESP, which connects to your website, which connects to your data warehouse — and nobody is certain what breaks when one piece changes.

New hires take months to understand the system

Tribal knowledge is the only documentation. Onboarding engineers and ops people depends on one or two individuals who "know how it works."

What you get

Everything delivered. Nothing left vague.

The audit covers six core areas of your digital ecosystem. Every finding is documented, scored, and tied to a clear recommended action.

Discovery & Inventory
Complete mapping of your digital environment.
Full inventory of platforms, tools & integrations
Data flows and dependency mapping
Team ownership and access rights audit
Current vendor contracts and cost summary
Analysis & Scoring
Benchmarked against industry standards.
Performance benchmarks vs. industry standards
Risk matrix: critical gaps, redundancies, security flags
Cost-efficiency analysis of your tech stack
Effort × impact scoring for every finding
Reports & Actions
Clear documents your team can act on immediately.
Prioritized action list with quick wins highlighted
Executive summary (non-technical)
Technical deep-dive documentation
60-day follow-up check-in call included

No surprises about
scope or timing.

Every audit runs the same way, so you know what arrives and when before it starts. What differs is what we find — and that we will tell you honestly, including when the answer is that things are fine.

6
Core areas reviewed and scored
Platforms, integrations, security, data flows, performance, and operational costs — each one documented and rated.
2
Reports, written for different readers
An executive summary that assumes no technical background, and a deep-dive your engineers can work from.
2–3wk
From kickoff to full report
A structured sprint with a live debrief at the end — both documents delivered together, not in stages.
60d
Follow-up check-in included
A call two months later to see what was acted on and what got in the way, at no extra cost.

Is this the right
engagement for you?

We would rather lose the work than over-promise. This is an honest reading of who gets value from a Digital System Audit — and who does not.

Great fit if you…
  • Run digital operations across five or more tools or platforms
  • Are seeing unexplained performance problems or rising technology costs
  • Are planning a major platform investment and want to know your starting point
  • Have a technical lead who can grant system access for two or three sessions
  • Are ready to act on the findings within the next one to three months
Not the right fit if you…
  • Are just starting out with one or two tools — too little to audit meaningfully
  • Already completed an internal review in the last six months
  • Need implementation now: this produces a plan, not execution
  • Have no digital presence, CRM, or operational tooling yet
  • Are looking for ongoing monitoring or a maintenance service

Common questions,
straight answers.

Anything not covered here? Every enquiry gets a written answer within one business day.

How long does the audit take?
Two to three weeks from kickoff to the final report. It runs as a focused sprint rather than something that drifts across months. The exact figure depends on how complex your stack is and how quickly access can be arranged — you get a firm estimate after the discovery call, before anything is agreed.
What access do you need from us?
Read-only access to your analytics, CRM, the key integrations and the hosting environment. Admin credentials to production are not required. Access is requested in writing, item by item, after an NDA is signed.
Is this for technical teams or for business leadership?
Both, and that is why there are two documents. The executive summary assumes no technical background and is written around business risk and cost. The technical report is written for the people who will act on it — your CTO, your engineers, or whoever maintains the systems.
What if you find something serious?
You hear about it the day it is found, not when the report arrives. Everything is documented, rated by severity and by business impact, and paired with a specific recommended action and a timeframe.
How do you handle our confidential data?
An NDA is signed before any access is granted. Your data and the findings are never shared with third parties or used for other clients. Working material is deleted once the engagement closes; what we keep after that is set out in the privacy policy.
What is the next step after the audit?
That depends on what it finds. If the structure itself is the problem, Architecture Planning is the next piece. If the structure holds but the order of work is unclear, Platform Strategy sequences it. If the findings are specific enough, they work as the specification for implementation directly — no further planning needed.
