These terms govern your use of lab4-studio.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it.

1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Andrii Murko, trading as Lab4 Studio (hereinafter “Lab4 Studio”, “we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship registered in Poland.

2. What these terms cover — and what they do not

They cover this website: reading it, booking a call through it, and writing to us from it.

They do not cover the work we do. Every engagement runs on a separate written agreement covering scope, price, deadlines, intellectual property and liability. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins. Nothing on this website forms part of it unless the agreement says so.

3. Using the site

You may read the site, quote from it with attribution, and share links to it. You may not:

  • copy substantial parts of it to republish as your own;
  • scrape it systematically, or use it to train a model, without our written permission;
  • attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it or to anything connected to it;
  • use it for anything unlawful.

4. Booking a call and getting in touch

Booking a call or sending us an email starts a conversation. It is not an offer, not an acceptance, and it creates no contract and no obligation on either side. We may decline any enquiry, and you are free to walk away at any point before an agreement is signed.

Prices, timelines and scope are quoted individually. Nothing on this site is a public offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code.

5. Our content

The text, design, layout, code, graphics and case material on this site belong to Lab4 Studio or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. The name Lab4 Studio and our logo are ours.

You may quote short extracts with a link back to the source. Anything more — republishing, adapting, or commercial reuse — needs our written permission first. Ask; the answer is often yes.

6. What you send us

When you send us a message, a brief, or a document, you keep every right in it. You give us only what we need in order to read it, discuss it internally, and reply to you.

Please do not send confidential material before we have a confidentiality agreement in place. If you do, we will treat it carefully, but the protection you actually want comes from the agreement, not from good intentions.

7. Third-party links and tools

This site links to services we do not control, and scheduling runs on Calendly. Those services have terms and privacy policies of their own, and we are not responsible for their content or their availability. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Accuracy and availability

The site is published as it is. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available. Articles reflect our view at the time of writing and are general information, not advice for your situation. Do not make a business decision on the strength of a blog post — book the call instead.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent Polish law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss arising from your reliance on general information published here.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — including liability for damage caused intentionally, and, if you are a consumer, the mandatory rights consumer law gives you.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes arising from the use of this website are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over our registered address, except where mandatory law — in particular consumer protection law — gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

11. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version is published on this page and the date at the top is updated. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
